Vegetable Garden Fence Installation

The Ringwood Fencing team recently completed the replacement fencing around this vegetable garden at a country house in Delamere, Cheshire.

We were contacted by the owner of a beautiful Cheshire country house who wanted to replace the existing fencing around their vegetable garden, with an option that offered a rabbit proof solution that was also aesthetically appealing.

Domestic Fence Installations

To rabbit proof the area we first constructed a robust timber fence frame which was installed around the boundary of the vegetable garden, with rabbit netting fixed to the structure. The netting extended into the ground and was then lapped outwards to prevent the rabbits burrowing underneath the fence.

A round top pale fence was then fitted to the face of the frame to secure the netting and provide an attractive 'cottage garden' appearance, that was in-keeping with the traditional style of the property.

We finished by installing a matching round top pale gate for convenient access to the garden.
